- Stripe — Payment processing. All card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

4. Data Storage and Security

Audio files and scripts you create using Audair are stored on our servers and associated with your account. You can access them through your My Ads dashboard. We do not share your generated content with other users or third parties except as needed to deliver the service.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Your session data is cleared when you log out or your session expires.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and generated ads as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Generated audio files may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
